Workshop Induction
Two days in and already we have been let loose on the machines in the workshop - pretty scary! We had an induction, then put what we were taught to practise and tried them for ourselves. We were given a task to pass, so we can use them in future, unoccupied!
The task was to produce these simple boat shapes from blocks of wood, which gave us the chance to use sawing, sanding and drilling techniques.
